What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantities are optimized to benefit customers by reducing the tooling and costs required for factories to produce custom packaging. Since these minimum order quantities are based on customer cost optimization, it is not recommended to go below the minimum order quantity listed below.You can check our list of Moqs here.
For reference: For a minimum order quantity of 500 cartons of offset corrugated boxes, the setup fee is the same even for smaller quantities.

Will I see a proof for my order? How do I know if my design file is printable?
Before moving to mass production, our Pre-press Team will review your design file to ensure there are no errors and send you a final proof for your approval. If your design files do not meet our print-ready standards, our prepress team will advise you and guide you through your efforts to correct the errors.
How do I make changes to an order I just placed, what if I need to modify something in the design file?
Please contact our product specialist immediately to confirm the order status. If your order has not been submitted for mass production, our product specialist will assist you in changing the order.
Generally, all changes to design files and order specifications must be made before you approve the final proof of the order. If you request a change or cancellation after you approve the final proof, please notify us immediately and we will stop production. We will reschedule according to your changes and will charge an additional fee.
Can I cancel my order?
If you have not approved the final proof, you can cancel your order by contacting our Product specialist. However, once the final proof is approved by you, your order will enter the mass production stage and the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Can you provide liners in packaging?
We offer fully custom liners to match the wide range of packaging on our website. This is made possible by the expertise of our experienced structural engineering team, who are committed to ensuring that our liners are designed to fit your product and packaging requirements.
To ensure that your product fits precisely on the liner, we recommend that customers either send the physical product to our headquarters or provide a 3D CAD file of the product. This allows our experienced structural engineers to design a precise fit liner based on your product size, shape and specifications.
